QUESTION #2
Which is more descriptive, a text that describes and event, or a photograph? Why?
"A picture is worth a thousand words"
The intricate part about photographs is there are several hundred different ways one could be depicted; however, it also depends on the severity of the picture and what it is trying to portray. Textual evidence is often is a biased view of what the author was witnessing and/or what the author wanted you to know. I would agree that a photo can offer a less tendentious portrayal of an event, so it is more useful.
